SPTKO Properties is all about property development. Whether we are developing personally owned real estate or creating a vacation home for you, this is a turnkey experience. From the beginning we determine how to best fit your ideas into the space while still honoring the site and existing structures.
After we have completed the design phase we roll straight into the building phase. We use vetted contractors and sub contractors and oversee the step by step production. Finally we make the highly functional space beautiful! Together we select the interior finishes, lighting, furnishing and colors so that the space has the desired personality.
Shannon is the best interior designer I have experienced in my years of Construction and Real Estate. Shannon can think outside any shape box, and design a odd space, or unused space into functional in todays environment and living trends. Her sense of decorating is uncanny, and will simply amaze you. She is dependable and very easy to work with. She was able to figure out what I wanted when I didn't know.
